Yes, any store that has a bookshelf that is about 14 inches deep.
24 inches wide will hold about 100 records with room to spare.

There are many places to buy this kind of furniture.

Yeah Ikea is the way to go, I use the this big boy myself, but it's available in a variety of sizes.
