I have a 2001 Suburban with a Visteon TV. It has two buttons one is the on/off and it pushes in. The other one I assume is for volume/speaker control? The button itself is missing and there is just a little piece of plastic sticking done. Does that turn or should it be pushed in? We can't get it to go any direction. We are also not able to change the noise from headphones to external speakers. HELP......
