Neighbor has a nice Sabal Palm tree about 20 - 25 feet tall he wants gone. The tree guy who sells them in our area said it is too big for him to move. I know some things can be planted by using rootone and putting the top half of the plant in soil and it will generate new roots, can this be done with a palm?
