How much concrete should I use for a six foot fence with two foot deep holes about 10'' diamiter

Welcome to the forums, although you probably should have posted it in a more appropriate forum, such as decks, etc.
It will take approximately 2 - 80# bags of concrete mix per hole, best I can figure.
