My concrete garage floor started to have some cracks and peel off, how should I fix it and what is the best way to maintain it?

My driveway is made of small gravel, before winter comes, is there any maintenance work I need to do on it?

Thanks.

Since the ground moves, concrete will pretty much always crack, no matter how much rebar you use before it is poured. The cracks pose no structural threat, so don't worry. If it bugs the heck out of you, you can mix some mortar and fill the cracks with a putty knife. Although, it will most likely look better to just leave it alone.
