Hi all, do you know if there's a way to reset this thermostat. It was working fine then suddenly the Fan and System buttons don't respond to touch anymore. The Sched, Clock and Screen are still working and I can get in and change the date. However, the Sun button is not working either when I'm in the Edit mode.

I emailed Honeywell but they keep asking to check the C wire, the thing is the stat does work even when I pulled it out and run on battery only.

Anyone has any idea? It's only 1 year old.

Had one act up about 6 months ago, and the only way I was able to reset it was by removing the batteries and taking it off the wall for 24 hours. Reinstalled batteries and remounted it on the wall and it worked fine. And yes, I agree with honeywell, make sure the "C" wire is properly connected.

Go into installer set up menu, and make sure the screen is not locked.
