My bathroom had a doorway in it that lead to a closet. It had been closed off as they put the central heat in that closet.
I tore down the paneling that was on the bathside of the wall, which still had the original trim. I found a 2X4 framework. I would like to make shelves in between the 2X4s, which is easy.
The hard part is how to coer it - I would lik to have mirrored sliding doors, but I only have an inch or so at the top overlapping the framework. How can I build that out so that the doors would have something to attach to. HELP!!

Tracking for the doors might be accommodated with metal track and wood support, but don't trust my knowledge in this area. I suggest that you post your question to Glass and Mirrors. You may discover that custom mirrored doors will be expensive and possibly too heavy for the opening. Do: indicate the size when reposting.
