I have a microwave over the range that gets a film of sticky grease on it. What is the best product to use to cut the grease? I tried various products and soaked the filter grill in the tub but the surface still feels tacky. Thanks

If you have a local janitoral supply head over and grab a good quality degreaser. The filters may be easily replaced. If the unit is a nonvented unit. Make sure you have a charcoal insert behind the filters. If it is vented replace the silver colored filters or soak them in degreaser and then hose or rinse off.
