My gragages are 12 years old. Bottom of the trims are rotted and fixed a couple of times. I would like to replace them. However, I'm having tough time to find and purchase the exact dimensiions of lumber or PVC based material. The dimensions are 1-1/4 x 3-1/2 brick molding. PVC based trim is preferred. Need help to find this material!:wall:

Do you mean this stuff Garage Door Dual Vinyl, 9 ' # 87742 by MD Building Products (http://hardware.hardwarestore.com/28-589-garage-door-weatherstripping/garage-door-dual-vinyl-656045.aspx)
Lowes, HD or any door company will carry it. That will work better than brick molding. OOPs, I just realized you may be talking about trim that goes around the outside of the door opening and not trying to seal a crack between the door and jam
