Hi everyone, my name is Gordon. I'm having a problem I hope to find some answers for here.
This evening after having dinner, I went to wash some dishes and there was no hot water. It has been working fine up untill this point.
The unit is made by Richmond, she's a 40 gallon Gas Model. I removed the little trap door at the bottom of the unit to see if the pilot was lit...It is NOT
There is maybe a 1/4 inch of water in the drain pan. With a slight drip coming from the plastic thingamagig on the side of unit.I suppose this is some type of drain?
On the inside of the bottom of the unit it is dry as a bone. And there is no sign of rust.
Anywho, I thought I would check with you guys to see if you have any ideas what could cause the problem I'm having
