Hi I have a line voltage T6169B4017 thermostat in my condo that controls heat and A/C. It is described as a fan coil with manual heat-cool changeover, no fan switching. I am looking for some replacement options that I can program. So far I haven't been able to find much. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is condo you own or rent? If you rent, the landlord okay with you changing this out?

Ask any questions if you have one. If you do get one, make sure you turn off the power for both unit, and make sure you make notes of what wire is on what letters.
