The blower in the condenser unit is on all the time. I can set the thermostat to off and it continues to run. I changed the thermostat and no effect. Any ideas would be helpful.

Are you referring to the inside or outside unit.

This is the unit inside the house in the attic connected to all of the room vents.

The inside unit is known as an air handler which contains the evaporator. The condenser is outside. As far as the problem goes, I suspect you lost your low voltage, 24v, power. I would start with the inside unit. Look for a blown fuse on the circuit board, is usually a purple, 3 amp, automotive type. If there is a fuse and it is ok, you will need to check the transformer output with a multi-meter.
