I have a Aqua Rite Chlorinator and the display usually shows the salt reading and instead says HOT. I can not find anything in the book or on line that explains what this is. The led for inspect cell is on steady and I have inspected and reset the generating led is flashing so I tried turing the chlorinator to super-chlorinate but still nothing.. and now the check salt light is on. I have added 2 bags of salt in the last 2 days and nothing on the test... Does anyone have any ideas?

The system is 2 years old.

Some where in the book I recall reading that it does not work if the water is to hot if I can re call over 104 going through the cell
