Hi,
I'm installing a 6x8 wood stockade fence and I'm digging the post holes but have some problems. I have big rocks and tree roots in every hole. In some holes and can only get 15 inches deep. I live in Connecticut. What does the professional installer use? I cant see digging up 3 to 5 feet around every hole just to hope I can get all the crap out. Please help if you can.

You will need something like this:

Truper Pinch-Point Digging Bar — 5Ft. | Pry Bars | Northern Tool + Equipment (http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?R=200325177&storeId=6970&productId=200325177&cm_ven=natural&cm_cat=netconcepts&cm_pla=Google&cm_ite=pry%2Bbar)


You may need to sharpen the flat end to cut the roots.

Thanks,I dont know if that will work the rocks are wider then the holes. I was using a crow bar with no luck. This really s----
