I'm fairly good with technical things but a total novice to setting up this system so any help would be appreciated. I purchased all of the components new and have been attempting to piece everything together myself. I have (5) door sensors, (2) motion detectors, and (3) glass break sensors for use. I've installed everything according to the available instructions and set them up in the panel under pro mode. Everything appears to be functioning with exception to the glass break sensors. I have a FG 701 to set them up and test them. They all report via led's that they acknowledge a break in both test and when the system is armed, however, they never actually trip the alarm. Questions are: 1) Are the 5852's compatable with this LYNXR panel? How should the zones be setup in order for everything to operate together correctly? Can all of the sensors be put on the same 1L loop together, or does something have to be set on different loop for everything to co-exist (Ie: All doors should be on 1L, all motion detectors on 2L, etc???)?

You use the loop number specified for that type of transmitter (listed in the devices instructions). With the exception of things like the 5816 transmitters, it's nearly all loop 1.

What _zone type_ did you set the glass breaks as?

Currently setup as type 3 Perimeter though I did try 2 with a 1 second delay just for the heck of it to see if that would work.

The only thing I can suggest is to use *56 mode to delete all of the glass breaks, then try enrolling them again useing the *56 mode.

I don't know why, but when people try to use the "expert" mode, they tend to get stuck, like this.
