I have a 2.5" to 3" gap between my concrete garage floor and my concrete driveway. I just installed a new garage door. What would be the best way to fill in this gap so it look good?

if it was me, id get a piece of rebar and a bag of portland cement. and put the rebar in the hole and fill it full of portland. using the portland cement without the rebar would be good as well.

As to the suggestion about the Portland cement and rebar... Portland cement alone (without aggregate such as sand or stone) will do nothing. It is very soft and can be flaked away with a fingernail. It wouldn't last long. It is simply the "glue" that holds the other components of concrete together, and must be mixed with them to have any strength whatsoever. If you mixed up some bagged concrete mix (Portland cement with sand and stone), then the suggestion would have merit.
