I have quite a bit of crab grass. I saw one product that I could hook up to the hose, any recommendations?

Thanks.

At this point you could use a spray, there are several around all pretty similar, but this late in the season you might want to just let it go and address it the by far best way which is preemergent crabgrass control, either with or without fertilizer, applied in very late winter or very early spring. It is a bagged product like lawn food and applied the same way.

Crabgrass is produced by seeds left from the previous crop and is not perennial.

Timing of application is important and will vary depending on where you live.If you shop at a retailer, hardware store or garden center etc, that has knowledgeable saleshelp they will know when it is time to apply it.Also if they sell Scott's products and are a Scott's Lawn Pro dealer they carry products of superior quality to big box retail.Scott;s makes a specific product line for big box made to meet price points and of lower quality.

I agree - I'd skip it at this point and hit it with a pre-emergent in the spring.
