Hello
I'm presently doing some work on a swimming pool.
The operator system is a Pentair "Easy touch pool and spa control system".
I need to add a circuit breaker to power a pump motor.
Does anyone know what brand breaker that this panel requires? CH, GE, Square D, etc?
I've searched the manufacturer web site and all it says is that the panel uses 1" breakers, and doesn't provide the brand name that the panel is rated for.
Any ideas?
thanks
steve

So the unit itself has a place for a breaker but doesn't come with one?Or is it saying you have to run it through it's own breaker within your existing box?
The web site listed a resettable breaker as a replacement part.
IF there is a place for a breaker within the unit or some other installed aspect of it then you should either take that with you to a retailer, electrical supply etc that sells breakers and look for compatability or it may be that it takes what is considered "interchangeable" which is a breaker design that fits a number of brands' boxes, not all but some.

Thanks for the reply.
I went back to the pool just to look again inside the pool panel, and sure enough, it listed the types of breakers to use.
Siemens or Murray.
This pool panel is self contained and has spaces for (8) 1" single pole or (4) double pole breakers.
I know that other brands will interchange, but I want to protect the warranty.
