We are currently replacing wood rot on our house and we have found some rot behind the electrical meter. How are we supposed to fix it with the box in the way? We are set to close in a couple of weeks and I do not know if the electrical company will make it a top priority to help us. It was not on the inspection report, but we feel bad about leaving it for the new home owners. Is there a way to work around it?
