Its not stuck, I can spin it by hand and by the crank. I turn it
on and it buzzes. After about 10 secs., it trips the internal breaker. After a wait of about 5 minutes, I can reset the
button under the unit, and the unit buzzes again. Help!

Make sure you have 120 volts to unit, Sounds like motor is bad, need a new one.

Sounds like the motor is locked up, probably need a new disposal

Did you try turning it from the bottom with an allen wrench?
