Hi all,
My wife and I are first time home buyers in escrow and the inspector just pointed out some problems with some fascia boards and trim:

Are these serious problems? Will it cost a lot for us to fix? Do they require immediate attention? Thanks for your help, we're pretty green in this department.

Overtime it could. it shouldnt be rather expensive either. shouldnt be over 100 dollars at the most.
