I am thinking of adding wallpaper border to the top of my living room walls.

Is this out of style? I dont see much houses with them anymore.

Heres a picture of a house i really liked and i want the same thing

I never recommend putting wallpaper up because some day you may have to take it down which can be a HUGE pain. That said, I say if you like it, then put it up! Just do some good prep work and it will come off with only minor issues.

I don't know if it's because of the smaller size or if border is put up using a different glue but borders often remove easier than regular wallpaper.... but I have seen some borders that needed dynamite to remove:eek:

... but I agree with Ironhand, if you like it, go for it. If you intend to sell in the near future, I'd be inclined to forget it.
