I have OSB for sheathing it already. T1-11 and other siding options seem rather expensive. I see quikrete for $5 for 80 lb bag. Seems to me that a few bags of that could cover the outside of the shed and seal it up.

Could I just spread a thin layer of concrete on the OSB sheathing for "siding"? Obviously, it might not look the best, but would it be sound from a siding perspective?

Concrete is not waterproof..nor is stucco, cement, mortar or anything similar. So first you would have to apply the tarpaper or similar, then wire for the product to grab on to.

Concrete has stones in it..no real thing layer with that.

If you already have OSB...there are many options. You could have just used T1-11 panels instead of the OSB.

Thanks! I'll figure something else out then.
