Replacing "old" HW with new Venstar Tstat (for remote control purposes). Pics of OLD and NEW below. I could really use an expert's weigh-in on OLD->NEW wiring, and I this is clearly the place for that: great forum!

What do you have for heating and cooling equipment?
As I can tell you have a heat pump, but I don't see anything for back up heat.
Do you know if you have back up heat or not?
