I have a Caloric Gas Stove Model RSS359-UL. The top burners suddenly won't ignite on either side. No spark or clicking. Can you please help me?

Check the electrical outlet with a receptacle rester. If ok, check for 120 volts at the spark module. Check appliance ground. Look inside the stove for poor connections, damaged wires, etc. If all that is ok, replace the spark module.

Hello SteveB219. Welcome to the Gas Appliances topic and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.
Sparkers that fail to spark can be caused by several problems. If they all fail to operate regardless of which top burner knob is used, the fuse could be blown.
Not all ranges or stoves use a fuse for the spark module. Locating the spark module may determine if a fuse is in fact used. They are usually right next to the module.
If the fuse visually appears to be okay it may not be. A continuity test would be required to determine it's condition. If the fuse needs to be replaced, use only an appliance fuse designed for the application. All fuses are not the same or equal.
If the fuse is okay or there isn't one, the spark module may be defective or burned out. Removal and replacement is the only option. They are a non repairable item. Be sure to turn off or unplug the appliance before attempting any tests or repairs.
Below are excerpts form some of my prior reply postings.
If all the sparkers fail to spark, test the electric switches located on the gas valves for continuity. There should not be any continuity when the valves are off. Turn each switch on separately and there should be continuity. If not, you found a defective one.
Caution: Be sure to unplug the stove prior to testing.
The sparking module may be defective. In this case, you can remove it and have it tested. If it tests bad, replace it.
Spark modules are not repairable. The entire part must be replaced. Replacements are available at the local appliance retail parts store listed in the phone book.
Another cause could be reversed electrical polarity. The plug end will have 3 prongs. It must be directly connected into a properly wired and grounded wall receptacle. Reversed electrical polarity over a long duration of time will destroy the spark module.
DO NOT use 2 prong extension cords to lengthen the existing appliances electrical wire. DO NOT bypass the grounding pin on the end of the appliances electrical cord. Doing either of these will also damage the spark module.
If you attempt to do any repairs, be sure the electrical power is turned off or the stove is unplugged. If you choose not to do the repairs yourself, contact the dealer's local service agency. Until then...unplug the appliance and light the burners with a match.
TIP:
The only positive proof any part like a spark module is functioning correctly, is to carefully remove the part or parts you suspect to be the problem. Have the local appliance parts store person help make the final determination which part or parts are defective.
Retail parts dealers can also help determine what the possible problem may be. Bring the make, model and serial numbers. The info will help to determine possible problem causes.
Appliance parts dealers carry replacement parts for all appliances and are listed in the phone book under appliances.
