I have a GE JGBP33WEH3WW self-cleaning gas range. Two days ago I used the clean feature with no problem. Used oven one time and then ran into problem. Neither the oven nor the broiler will heat. No problems with cooktop. Can set preheat temperature on keypad and it acts like it is preheating, but never heats at all. Took a look inside and neither glow bar (oven or broiler) has any color to it - completely cold.
Thanks for any help you can offer...

Test at each ignitor to see there is 120 volts. If not, trace back to the controller to see if you have 120 volts there. Also trace the wires to see if there is a fusible link or high temp limit in the circuit. Can you find the tech sheet on the stove?
