Electronic Alarms and Home Security Devices - Concord 4 X-10 question

Hello All,

Have a hardwired system in a newly-built house. Installed Alarm.com and my wife and I are extremely happy.

My questions is that we've got two X-10 lamp outlets. We do have the X-10 transformer that came with the Concord 4.

What works:
Able to select "0"+"1" to turn off all lights on that zone
Able to select "0"+"1" to turn on all lights on that zone
Able to turn off all lights using "0"+"0" from the keypads
Able to turn off all lights by using the light button on the keyfob
Using setting 1, all lights turn on during arming for 5 min.
Using setting 2, lights will flash the arming level

What doesn't work:
Cannot turn all lights on using "0"+"0" from keypad
Cannot turn all lights on using light button on keyfob
Won't turn all lights on upon disarming (setting 1)

Any thoughts? Everything else works better than we have imagined.

X-10 can be finnicky...Major appliances, electrical phase issues, etc..

To your last point, only unit #1 will activate for 5 minutes on arm and disarm.
