I am trying to foam a roof/wall interface to create a better thermal and air barrier and can only access this area through an exterior soffit that is made of 1" concrete board with mesh running through it. Originally I had wanted to rip (cut) out a section and replace it after foaming, but I'm afraid anything I cut this board and mesh with will get hung up and shake the mesh so hard everything will crack and drop. Any ideas on how best to cut through this nightmare of mesh and concrete (upside down)?
