Hey - hopefully a quick question:

I recently purchased a Wolf 30" All Gas Range...

Everything is ready to go - had the gas line extended, electrical reworked, etc. I was planning on connecting the range last night, but when I went to locate the appliance regulator, I noticed I did not have one...

The installation manual references a "supplied gas pressure regulator", but it is unclear as to whether the regulator is built-in or supplied in an external box. If its the latter, well then I'm out of luck because I've checked every box I received.

Tell me I'm not going insane, and that the regulator is back up inside the unit, already pre-installed and ready to go?

It probably is. Can you post the model #? We'll try to find a parts breakdown.

After much searching, I haven't been able to pinpoint the answer. You'll have to snoop around inside the appliance or try calling Wolf. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Wolf ranges are usually ordered specific for the gas to be utilized. It should be marked on the data plate either "Natural" or "LP Gas". Depending on what gas it is marked with it will be good to go for that gas.

BTW the regulator should be in the left-back corner of the cook top part of the range.

Thank you both for the replies:

As it turns out, the regulator is built-in. For whatever reason, every other Wolf Appliance Installation Manual (Dual Fuel, Rangetop, etc), explicitly states this, but the one for a Standard Gas Range does not...

Wolf confirmed to me that this range, like all of their others, has the regulator built-in.

Install was easy! Thanks again.

You're welcome. I've really only repaired the commercial models. That looks like a nice stove.
