I have a garage door (sectional) that needs replacing, I want to use existing measurements. Is this a hard DYI project? What tools do I need?
Thanks,

Since you are asking, you obvioulsy have no concept of the project you wish to undertake. Norm even left that to others. But to answer the question.......a really good cabinet saw with an out feed table, a big HP router or similar, lots of clamps, and the list goes on. But custom doors are VERY expensive, so it might be worth investing in some tools.

I have the equipment in my shop that would allow me to build doors like that, but wouldn't touch it with a very long pole. By the time I routed the drip front and mating lower door part, I'd have more time and materials in it than it would be worth, and I could buy a door cheaper. If your opening is more or less standard in size, look into purchasing a replacement.
