I have a old nylon tent that is orange and I would like to dye it for fun, it's just a guy tent so it doesn't have to look like a factory made it that way but is there a spray dye in a can that can be "painted" on the tent while set up.

Yes, they do sell fabric paint spray. You might find it at Home Depot or Joann's Fabric stores or do a google search for "fabric paint spray".
