Hi all!
My GE washer is less than 1 year old and it's not working correctly. The washer will pump out water as normal but will not spin. When it is done, the clothes are soaken wet and dripping with water. I tried to do a drain and spin but it will not spin.
I also tried to unplugged the power cord for 5 minutes. When I plugged the power cord back on, I now get no power.
Please help!

Either under consul or taped to front panel there is a tech sheet that will tell you how to check washer. less than a year call where you bought it should be under warranty.

broken lid switch or motor. turn it to spin and count the # of flashes on the green LED that is on the board above the motor. then look on tech sheet
