I Have an at home spa that has an un cleanable white ring around the waterline. I have tried every thing I can think of to clean this line to no avail. I have no idea what the line is, calcium, soap or what. Anybody have any ideas or suggestions as to cleaning this?

try a magic erasure and put some salt on it.

struck out with magic eraser. Any other ideas? I even tried acetone on this ring with no help, I dont even know what this ring is, so I cant find anything to clean it with.

Commercial quality lime/calcium deposit remover as used in large restaraunt dishwashers? Normally have to buy by the gallon, but didn't used to be that expensive.

CLR and a blue or white non-scratch scrubbie?

As you haven't described what this "line" looks or feels like, nor what you've used to try and clean it, I don't think there's much real advise anyone can give.

This line looks like someone took some white chalk and drew a line around the waterline. Feels about the same as the spa shell, it is not scratchable with the fingernail. The spa shell is not slick like it used to be. I have used CLR, pure household bleach, goof off, the magic eraser with salt, and even pure acetone with no effect. The spa companys around here are stumpped, like I am the only one that has ever had this problem.
