My insurance company requires that I add my husband's name to the deed to my home. The Registrar's office party-line indicates the forms are available online, but they "highly recommend you consult an attourney." How hard can this be to DIY?

It can be easy for a DIYer.

It can also be very bad if you do not choose the correct type of ownership (joint, joint with rights of survivorship or other types).
