While mowing the lawn, mower sputtered and died. Now it won't restart. engine cranks with no catch. plenty of oil and gas. Help.:confused:

Do you hear the click of the fuel solonoid in the carb when you turn the key?? Do you have spark @ the plugs??? Are the plugs wet??? Have you checked the fuse (if it has any???) Check these things out & post some engine numbers as well as mower numbers so the pros know what you have for a mower/engine assy... Roger

Not a real good source of help here...but I had something similar happening w/ my mower. Turns out it had sucked the pre-air filter into the air intake. I fished it out of there and it started working again.
