Not too long ago I had an issue in my oven where some food spilled while cooking it. I cleaned as much as I could and then put the oven through its clean cycle.

I think that during the clean cycle some of the grease flamed up and what happened was that the window in the oven door has this black soot on it that I am having a hard time getting off.

I haven't tried much other than some soap and a sponge with a scrubber pad on it. This works but it would literally take over an hour of work to get it all off.

Does anyone have an easier solution?
