I have a year old Frigidaire and the top freezer is working fine, but the fridge part is not cooling. I'm thinking this might be a damper issue. Maybe just need to be adjusted? Any suggestions?............Also, if it is, where exactly is the damper located? Do i need to access from the inside or out?
Thanks.
Thanks.

If this is a frost free model there is a good chance the evaporator coil is frozen or the fan has stopped working.
If you open the freezer door and press the switch on the frame you should hear the fan running.
Then if you unplug the fridge and remove the cover in the freezer compartment you would see a frozen coil.
Let us know what you find.
