I just purchased a used stroller recently and was cleaning it up. I noticed a small patch of what appears to be mildew stain on the canopy of the stroller.
I can't remove this fabric to machine wash it. I'm wondering if there is any way to remove the tiny black spots?
Thanks in advance

Hi and welcome to the forum! Sorry, but if I were you, I'd return that stroller and get my money back. If there's mold on the outside, there may also be mold and/or mildew on the inside (foam) that you can't see. I wouldn't take a chance with a little one.
If you must keep it, then I believe bleach is the only thing that will kill it.

Bleach doesnt guarntee 100%..sounds like it was stored in a basement or other humid area. I would agree with the suggestion above. Just toss it.

If youd like to try to clean it before throwing it out you can use equal parts salt and lemon juice. Make a paste and rub on the area. Leave in the sun to dry. Once the stain is faded out - rinse well and again leave in the sun to dry. Another option is to use Tilex Mildew Root Remover. Use this in a well ventilated area as the fumes are bad. Spray on the area and watch carefully. As soon as the area fades, rinse well.
Ive used a combo of all three - lemon juice, salt and Tilex. The stroller looks brand new!
Hope that helps!!;)
