I keep getting a "ND" message on my front loaded washer. I know that means it's not draining. However, i don't know what to do to correct the message and return my washer back to normal operation. Please help! :wall:

you most likely just need to clean the pump. newer samsungs have a little door in the bottom left of the front panel to access the pump filter. if yours does not then lean it back against the wall and see if you can clean the pump from the bottom(not sure), if you cant then you will have to remove the top, console and then the front panel.

use a shop vac on the drain hose first to get the water out
