Hey everybody.
I just noticed over the last two weeks that I have a few spots scattered in my front and back yards that look dark gray, almost as if they were spray painted onto my grass. The patches aren't very big...maybe the size of a piece of bread or smaller. There aren't many, but I haven't seen this before and I'm wondering what I should do about it and what it is.
Any ideas? I'm in Illinois if that helps.

I think you have Powdery Mildew (scientific name Erysiphe graminis)
