We live in Monterey, CA about 10 miles inland. We have an infestation of a small black bug on out driveway and south facing patio crawling on the exterior walls mostly on the southern exposure. They just appeared yesterday, they seem to disappear at night as we checked with a flashlight. Have spayed extensively with a bug and termite spray but they are every where and immediately come back. They don't seem to fly as much as they jump off the walls. Also got inside by the front door and side light. I sprayed in there but I am still seeing a live one crawling around once in a while. They are quite small and I think they have six legs, and kind of a egg shape body with maybe either faint brown coloring near head, really too darn small to tell. Anyone know what they are and what to do.
