I had a hard time finding where to post this. Hope this is OK.

We have a waterfall that's made of concrete and the bowl is leaking water. It's over 20 years old and we sealed some cracks several years ago and it did last quite a while. The cracks we sealed were quite visible so we just ran some type of concrete sealer in a caulk tube. Before that repair, the water would just leak down to where the crack stopped and then quit leaking. Now it's draining all the way so we suspect the center area of the bowl (see pics) especially since the bottom recessed area was wet when I took it apart. I'm hoping there is something that wouldn't look too bad that I could just paint/coat the whole bowl, inside and out with. Everyone I've talked to at the home centers didn't have a clue, even when I asked for epoxy paint. Please help if you have any ideas. Thanks

There are epoxy-based sealers available for resurfacing pool decks. Try googling for pool deck epoxy sealant.

Well guys, I think I "got er done". I used UGL Drylok Hydraulic Cement. Just mixed with water, dabbed it on with a putty knife then smoothed everything with a wet foam brush. It sets in minutes but, I let it cure overnight and so far, it's holding fine. As a plus, a 4 pound pail was only 7.00 (had plenty left over just in case...) and it's the same color as cement. Thanks all for pointing me in the right direction.
