For the last 2 days I've been on this forum trying to figure out what is the problem with my AC.
The inside blower fan is not working, it doesn't blow any air, I tried to clean the coils outside, I changed the tstat, and I clean the filter.. Still not working on any setting.
The coil outside freezez up, when I open the door for the inside unit, I could feel cold air but once again it's getting pushed up.. Any suggestion?

Can you hear the motor hum? Is the motor hot or cold to the touch? Try spinning the blower- does it spin freely or is it tight?

fan spins freely. I don't hear the motor humming at all, all I hear is water going thru the pipes. I just replaced the fuses and it's not it. I am trying to get a new capacitor but they're all closed today! :(

the motor is cold to the touch. It feels like it's not getting any power.

either the motor is not getting power or the thermal protector inside the motor is open. Is any voltage going to the motor?

Appearently not. I unplugged the motor and hooked 2 wires up straight to an outlet and it worked, so I know the motor is working but it's not getting any power at all!

Do you have a control board next to the inside fan ? may be a bad control board.

you'll need to start tracing the wires back to the relay or board whichever you have. If you can post some photos of the controls we should be able to tell you where to test with your voiltmeter.
