I am going on vacation for a week but I am having problems with a motion sensor on a Vista 20P and dont want to receive everyday calls from the monitoring co., other than bypass, is there a way to temporarily disable a wireless sensor. Or I will have to completly delete it and later add it again??
I have read how to delete it but dont know how to add it again. Sure i'll learn with your help. !!
Also, I have a 6160 keypad

Why not use bypass? If you are comfortable w/ programming you could delete it and add it again later. Or if it's a hard wire zone and the only thing on that zone you could strap the resistor across the zone terminals
edit just reread your post....wireless.... yeah either bypass or delete it

Go into programming (*56) and change that zone type to '00'. It "should" deactivate it, but not delete it. It may ask you if you want to "delete" it when you hit '00', but say 'no'.
