I have a Hayward 100 series nat. gas heater.It worked fine last week, now when I turn it on, it ignites, and then in 5 seconds, the gas shuts off,but the blower still remains on. The flow seems fine, when the pressure is low the heater &/or blower won't work.

Check for a bad thermostat ..
