Hello!
We (finally) finished sanding our floors and the color looks uneven. We used a drum sander on the main floor area and a edge sander on the edges. You can clearly see where the edger began, and that part of the wood is lighter. Also there are still feather marks from the edger after using 100-grit paper. I was told using a floor buffer with a 100-grit screen all over the floor a few times would even it out and get rid of the feathering. Anyone have experience with this? And if i use a dark stain will the imperfections be more noticeable?
Thanks for your help!
