Is there such a thing as a chart or charts that list the max. CFM for specific supply air diffusers and return air grilles?

1) How to calculate the CFM from the floor plan? Any standard
values or figures per square feet
2) What are the CFM different between Hotel Coffee House
& Office Area?
3) How to find out the actual CFM from the A.H.U ?

Thank you.

As i understood the logic, you need a manual-j figured so that you can see the heat loss and heat gain per room and then using that number figure how many CFM are needed to heat and cool that room using the equipment/technology you're installing. For instance a heat pump would require more CFM than an oil furnace as the oil furnace provides much hotter air than the heat pump.

I found the info with google but am at work and all the links are saved on my home computer. Would be interested to see what a professional here says.
