Walls and Ceilings - Interior Brick Wall Repair

I need to repair the interior walls in my house. I am not sure of the age of the house, but it had to be built in the early 1900's, probably before 1930. The exterior of the house is an oversized brick. When I originally bought the house in 1992, I had central heat and air installed, a first for the house. The entire house was also freshly painted inside. As time went by, each interior wall that was an exterior wall became molded and bubbly. On one of these walls I started some cleaning only to find pieces of the wall coming off. Very soon I had uncovered the same brick that the house is finished with on the outside. No insulation, just this very old brick covered with some type of plaster. I have ignored this problem as long as I can. Where each wall meets a window, I believe I am going to need to scrape down to the brick to make sure I have removed all the mold. What would be the best product/material to use on the walls to repair them?

Plaster but you have a moisture infiltration problem you need to solve. Water is penetrating your brick.
