Discovered leak from bolts. Replaced no problem. Turned water back on, discovered leak from stem. Replaced no problem. Turned water back on and tank will not refill. Please HELP the husband is going CRAZY!! Thank you in advance!!

Check that the little rubber hose is installed that runs from the flush valve mechanism to the overflow tube.

Nikki...no water flow at all? Turn off water at valve, take the hose from the valve to tank off at the tank, aim into bucket then turn valve on. If no water then you have a blocked hose or bad valve.

TG answered the problem in the title of your post (bowl), but not what you said in the post itself (tank).
