I just installed 3 new lights. Two work great but the third one will not turn off. I installed it just like the other two but the only way to turn it off is by using the breaker. It is a ceiling track light.
Any ideas?

Without information it is impossible to even guess. Are all three lights on the same switch? Are there three separate ceiling boxes? Is this new wiring or is it existing wiring you changed the fixtures on. If existing wiring did it work before you changed the fixtures. We will need more info then just that but those questions depend on the answers to these questions.

Is it possible that this is 2 circuit track?

Are all 3 heads on the same piece of track?
